North West Junior Cup results

Local sides did well in the Matt Morrisson cup on Saturday winning through to the third round and last 16.

Roe Rovers won 2-1 against BBOB at Scroggy.

Newtowne also won 2-1 at Scroggy against Upperlands

Drummond hed the same scoreline away to Donemana winning 2-1.

Greysteel won 3-2 at Draperstown

Claudy Utd won 2-0 against a spirited Dromore side.

Tobermore Reserves won the south Derry clash with Magherafelyt reds

City Colts had a massive win defeating Kilrea 3-2

Park won 4-2 at home to Ballykelly

Aghadowey beat Tullyalley 3-1

Irish Street beat Burnfoot 4-0

Douglas Bridge didnt field against Moyola Olympic so the South Derry side will probably be through also.

The other places in the last 16 will be the winers of Matches at Claudy Rvs vs Foyle wanderers, Dungiven Res vs Maghera Strollers, Lincoln Cts vs Desertmartin and Sion vs ardmore will take place next week end as Wanderers, Sion, Lincoln and Maghera were all in Irish Junior Cup action.

Foyle Wanderers  defeated St Pats in the Irish Junior Cup 1-0 on Saturday a big result for Wayne Glenns side

Sion Swifts  are also through in the Irish Junior with a 2-1 win at Dungannon Rovers

Maghera Strollers are also through in Irish Junior winning 3-2 against Lurgan Institute

Lincoln Courts were the North West's fallers with Stevie Nicholl's lads going down 3-1 at Barrowfield and some dubious decisions.
